This pleasantly planned house for W Morrison Sever Esq is very well situated on an elevated site about a mile to the east of Conway town with a full view of the castle and entrance to the Conway Valley. It is built of red Ruabon bricks and terra cotta from Edwards of Ruabon and roofed with Peake's red tiles.
