TO BUILDERS - TENDERS are invited for the ERECTION of NEW BUILDINGS in Cross Street, Manchester, for the Imperial Fire Insurance Company. The drawings and specification may be seen and Bills of Quantities obtained upon application at the office of Messrs Taylor, Son and Jackson, surveyors, 23 Brazennose Street, Manchester, on or after Monday the 16th day of August instant. The tenders to be delivered to the architect, Mr George T Redmayne, 67 King Street, Manchester, on or before twelve o’ clock on Friday the 27th day of August instant - The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
