EPSOM GRAND STAND To commemorate the opening of the new grand stand at Epsom a dinner was given by the associated architects, Messrs Reeve and Reeeve of Margate, and Messrs Elcock and Sutcliffe of Northumberland Avenue, London last night, when Mr Charles E Elcock and Mr Charles J Reeve jointly presided.
