BLACKPOOL - Plans have been approved by the Fleetwood Licensing Justices for a proposed new cinema to be erected in Victoria Road for a local syndicate. The cost is estimated at about £20,000. The architect is Mr George E Tonge LRIBA National Provincial Bank Chambers, Lord Street, Southport. The quantity surveyor is Mr H A H Jackson, 21a London Road, Southport.
