In 1845 Andrew Trimen exhibited “Orangery at Gunnersbury Park for the Baroness de Rothschild” at the Royal Academy. However, the design of the building is usually ascribed to Sidney Smirke who carried out extensive re-modelling of the house about 1836. Trimen's role is unclear.
