Parsonage House 21 Bolton Road Pendleton for St Thomas Pendleton

St Thomas’s Parish, Pendleton, is intended to be provided with a new parsonage house for the incumbent, for which a site has been secured in Bolton Road in that parish. Mr J Medland Taylor, architect, of this city has prepared the plans for the structure, the estimated cost of which will be about £2,400. [Manchester Courier 10 December 1890 page 3]
