PRIZE DESIGN FOR A PUBLIC HALL; NATIONAL EISTEDDFOD OF WALES - The Conditions were, "A public hall to seat 500." It was thought that a building of this description should be treated in monumental manner. The plan has been designed on axial lines, ample accommodation being provided for the public and artistes.
