Messrs. Chadwick and Booth, architects, of Manchester, have in hand a scheme for a model village at Colwyn Bay on similar lines to those at Bournville and Port Sunlight, and the Colwyn Bay Garden Dwellings Co., Ltd., has been registered with a capital of 6,000 £1 shares.
