TO BUILDERS - Builders desirous of Tendering for the whole  of the Works (except Plumbing and Glazing) in the erection and completion of a RESIDENCE for Colonel J. E. Mellor, at Tan-y-Bryn, Abergele, may obtain Quantities and see the Plans at the Hesketh Arms, Abergele, on Tuesday, the 3rd day of February, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., on payment of two guineas, which will be returned on receipt of a bona-fide Tender. Any further information may be had on application to Messrs. JOHN EATON, SONS & CANTRELL, Architects and Surveyors, Ashton-under-Lyne.

TO PLUMBERS. PLUMBERS desirous of tendering for the whole of the PLUMBERS' & GLAZIERS' WORK required in the erection and completion of a RESIDENCE for Colonel J. E.
