Restoration: Church Tower Frodsham Parish Church

At a meeting of the parishioners of Frodsham, held last week, some discussion arose as to the non-appointment as architects for the restoration of the church tower of Messrs. Bodley and Garner, of London, who carried out the restoration of the nave of the church. Eventually, Mr. Samuel Davis, of Frodsham, was appointed architect for the restoration of the tower, and Mr. Crowther, of Manchester, as consulting architect. [Building News 3 July 1885 page 11]
