TO CONTRACTORS AND IRON FOUNDERS —Parties desirous of CONTRACTING for the several WORKS required in the EXTENSION and ROOFING of the ROCHDALE MARKET and BUILDINGS in connection therewith, may inspect the plans and specifications, at the offices of the architects, Messrs STARKEY and CUFFLEY, Cross-street, Manchester, from 3rd to the 22nd of February, upon which day sealed tenders are to be forwarded to the New Rochdale Market Company, who do not pledge themselves to accept the lowest tender. {Manchester Courier 8 February 1845 page 5]
