Luton.—New “ Salvation Army Barracks' are about to be erected in Lea-road and Vicarage road, Luton, Bedfordshire. The lowest estimate received for the work is £2,190, and the hall will accommodate 2,000 persons. The plans and quantities have been prepared by Mr. E. J.
