St James’s House, 44, Brazennose Street/ Queen Street

At St James’s House, where the builders are Peace and Norquoy, there are two fronts, one in Queen Street and one in Brazennose Street, the latter having shops. The building, like practically all new commercial buildings, is of steel-framed construction with a Portland stone front, and contains many offices.
