New Build
Built on a one acre site next to the church, the vicarage comprised three entertaining rooms, four bedrooms and three attic rooms. Externally the house was built of brick with tile hanging and a small amount of half timbering to the projecting bay at the front. While Heathcote had introduced elements from the fashionable Queen Anne style popularised by Norman Shaw, the house remained resolutely Victorian in its general proportions. In 1960 the vicarage was sold by the church to a local builder and a new vicarage constructed to the south of the church
