On the first floor are two large rooms for a library and for classes. Attached to the building is a house for the keeper, containing every suitable accommodation for a comfortable residence. The architects were Messrs Crawley and Radford, of this city; and the builders Messrs Metcalfe and Waterson, of Strangeways.
