Ten Houses, Acre Street and Town Lane, Denton

The URBAN DISTRICT COUNCIL of DENTON INVITE TENDERS for the erection of TEN HOUSES at the corner of Acre Street and Town Lane, Denton. Plans may be inspected and bills of quantities may be obtained from the architects, Messrs Thorpe and Collier, Deansgate, Manchester, and 50 Manchester Road. Denton, on payment of a deposit of £1 11s 6d which will be returned on receipt of a bona-fide tender. The Council do not bind themselves to accept the lowest or any tender. Tenders to be delivered to me at my office at the Town Hall, Denton, near Manchester, not later than twelve o'clock noon, on Wednesday 10th September 1924. WM. RICHARDS. Clerk to the Council.
