Textile Mill Cobden Street Chadderton

Built by the Textile Mill Company and equipped by Platt Brothers as a "Show Mill". It was taken over by the Bunting Group about 1920 and closed in 1927. The six storey section of the mill was gutted by fire on 10 July 1950 and the remaining parts reduced to two storeys in height in 1996 as part of alteration works for multiple occupation.
