Tower All Souls Church Heywood

A tower is about to be built over the porch of All Soul’s Church, Heywood, Lancashire, as a memorial to the late Mrs Rathbone Hartley, wife of the vicar. It will be 80 feet in height and faced with dressed stone and Yorkshire parpoints. Mr Frank P Oakley of Manchester is the architect.
