Town Hall, King Street, Dukinfield

A new Town hall has just been opened at Dukinfield, Lancashire. It has cost nearly £15,000 and was designed by Messrs John Eaton, Sons, and Cantrell of Ashton-under-Lyne. Mr Hague acted as clerk of works. The whole of the exterior is built of Accrington bricks with Yorkshire stone dressings’ [British Architect 28 June 1901 Page 466]
