Occupying a prominent position at the junction of Corporation Street and The Burges, and built about 1934 as the Wine Lodge (Hotel). It was renamed the "Tally Ho," on 10 June 1968, the name again being changed to the "Tudor Rose" in the 1990s. Three storey multi gabled, the upper floors are of mock-Tudor design and the ground floor of brick with stone mullioned windows, arched recessed doorways with solid wooden doors, and decorative rainwater goods in a vaguely Arts and Crafts style.
