Two pairs of Double Villas Sale Cheshire

SEMI DETACHED VILLAS, SALE - Two pairs of these villas are to be erected for Messrs Hughes & Company of Openshaw at an estimated cost of £1,600 per pair. They are to be built at the junction of Irlam-road and Broad-road in Sale, Cheshire, situated about five miles south of Manchester, a favourite residential place of the merchants of that city. The first pair are now in progress.
