SALES BY AUCTION - On Friday 7 March 1845 upon the premises, situate in Victoria Park, near the entrance from Longsight, on the Stockport Road, Manchester. The whole of the valuable BUILDING MATERIALS of two unfinished houses, comprising the whole of the bricks, roofs, beams, joists etc. upon the premises.
