Vicarage St Mary’s Church Rawtenstall

ST. MARY'S, RAWTENSTALL—The erection of a new vicarage for the parish of St. Mary, Rawtenstall, which has been for some time in contemplation, will shortly be proceeded with, the preliminary arrangements having been advanced a stage by the recent letting of the contracts. The cost of erection will be upwards of £1,300, portion of which has been granted by the Manchester Diocesan Church Building Society. The structure will be erected from plans prepared Mr Lawrence Booth, architect, of Manchester. [Manchester Courier 5 March 1886 page 6]
