Villa for Mr Edwards

Mr. G. Truefitt is also at work upon a large house for Mr. Edwards. It is very different in character from those we have already noticed, and not the less different from the ordinary modern houses. Bands of stone relieve the white bricks' which are being tuck pointed with red, so as to give warmth to the appearance of the building, and avoid that chilly look which a building presents, built of white brick and pointed white. It comprises large drawing, dining and breakfast rooms, ten bed-rooms, with convenient, accessories. The large bay window and porch are prominent features in this handsome façade.
