Villas, Alderley, Cheshire

TO BUILDERS - Parties desirous of CONTRACTING for the WORKS required in the ERECTION of several VILLAS etc. proposed to be built at Alderley, Cheshire, may inspect the Plans and Specifications at  the offices of the architects. Messrs STARKEY & CUFFLEY, 26, Cross-street, Manchester on or after  Monday the 21st instant. Sealed tenders to be forwarded to the architects on or before Saturday the 3rd of May. TO BUILDERS - Parties tendering for the VILLAS about to e erected at Alderley, are informed that the time is extended for sending in their estimates to the offices of the architects.
