Slater’s Directory of 1863 lists Droege & Co, merchants at 123 Portland Street and Heugh Balfour at 125 Portland Street (Portland Street left hand side Piccadilly to Oxford Street) Watts warehouse was 31-41 Portland street. Gap in numbering between 101 and 123 Portland Street.
