Gillow and Holt

In 1908 William Michael Gillow and Richard Holt acting as joint architects won the competition for Radcliffe Municipal Buildings. No evidence has been found to indicate a formal partnership. In 1922 Richard Holt, a Fellow of the Liverpool Society of Architect, but not the RIBA, was in practice at 64 Rodney Street, Liverpool.
