Insull Edward Newton joined Nicholas Hartley Hacking about 1900, although whether in partnership is unclear. Edward Hartley Hacking is assumed to have joined his father in partnership about 1907. N H Hacking died in 1926 and Edward Hacking in 1940, Insul Edward Newton continued the parnership alone until 1947.
