"Alexandra Pavilion" Picture and Billiards Halls, Shops, Hemnett Street, (later Corporation Street), Hyde

Opened with seating for 500 on a site immediately adjacent to the Theatre Royal in Hyde. By 1927 it was named the "Alexander Pavilion". Converted to theatre in 1952-3 With the introduction of a stage, seating reduced to 231. Continues in use as Hyde Festival Theatre.
