CAVENDISH ROAD CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH. NEW BISPHAM CHURCH - The site that had been secured contained about 3.000 square yards. The school which was now being erected had a main frontage to Warbreck Drive.  The school would have an entrance porch, large room, and two transepts, convertible into classrooms, and would accommodate 200 people. The scheme also provided for the erection of church premises with a main frontage to Cavendish Road. The contract had been let to Messrs. Atherton Brothers and the architect was Mr. Arthur Hindle. FORWARD-MOVEMENT. NEW CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH AT BISPHAM - The services in connection with the opening of the new Congregational Church at Bispham, yesterday. were most successful. Designed by Mr. A. Hindle and erected by Messrs. Atherton Brothers, Blackpool, the building is an exceedingly handsome one of Accrington brick and occupies a commanding site in Cavendish Road. The interior woodwork is of pitch-pine, with wood block floor, and will accommodate from 250 to 300. The ornamental windows over the entrance are the gift of the Misses Dawson, in memory of their father. The cost of land and building will be about £7,000.
