TO BUILDERS - Persons desirous of tendering for the ERECTION of a COTTON MILL, at Pit Bank, Oldham, may see the plans and specification at the office of A H Stott, architect, King Street, Oldham, in or after Monday the 21st instant, every day until the 29th.
