LOOSE BOXES - These wood-framed loose boxes are tenant's fixtures, and only cost about £200. The framing is black, and the panels are buff; whilst the roofs are covered with red tiles, quite picturesque and pleasing structures for a country estate. [British Architect 26 January 1894 page 58]
