Pen Benar Abersoch

This house, which is now being built, is intended as a seaside residence for the summer months. The walls are of Llanbedrog stone with a cavity and brick lining on the inside. The dressings are Darley Dale stone. The roofs are to be covered with Festiniog slates. The builder is Mr Peter Edwards of Dodleston. The lead lights and casements are by Mr William Cannon and Company of Chester and the contract for the electric light has been given to Messrs Drake and Gorham. The architect is Mr R T Beckett, 9 Newgate Street, Chester.
