Proposed re-building of the Public House at the corner of Miller Street and Shudehill following street improvements in 1899. J H Maybury had produced plans but the Licensing justices refused a licence. The building is listed in the 1895 directory but not in 1903, the site apparently empty. By 1909 the Shudehill Hotel, 111 Shudehill is listed as occupying this corner.
