Parties desirous of CONTRACTING for the Performance of the Whole or any Portion of the WORK to be done in the ERECTION and COMPLETION of ST PHILIP'S CHURCH SCHOOLS with Residences thereto adjoining in Ridgway-street, Manchester, may inspect the plans and specifications on application at my offices, 86 King-street, Manchester from the 14th to the 26th inst, both inclusive. Sealed tenders (endorsed "Tenders for St Philip's Church Schools Manchester" prepaid) to be sent to the said offices, not later than the 25th inst; and it is distinctly to be understood that the committee do not pledge themselves to accept the lowest tender.
