The foundation stone of a new vicarage house for St Michael's, Chester-square, in the Buckingham Palace Road, was laid yesterday (Thursday) afternoon by the Marquis of Westminster. Mr R J.Withers is the architect. [Building News 31 May 1872 page 450].
