English vellum deed dated 1892 conveying property known as Wellesley Terrace in Heaton Chapel in the County of Lancaster between William Alfred Royle, an Architect, and William Hardisty, a Machinist, both of the first part; and Edward Barlow, an Oil and Tallow Merchant, of the second part; and Margaret Hook, a Widow, of the fourth part. Features a large hand drawn and coloured plan of the conveyed property inset into the face of the indenture. Fancy printed vignette with Stationers mark, orange-pink revenue stamps with inserts, tax stamps, and four red wax seals on green cloth tags. measures 28 x 22". - Document recorded on e-bay
