WELSH WESLEYANISM AT GARSTON. On Monday afternoon the memorial stones of the new Welsh Wesleyan chapel at Garston were laid by Mrs Jones, Admiral-street, and Miss Ada Davies, Alfred-street, Liverpool, assisted by Mr R. Owen, architect, Breck-road. Addresses were delivered in Welsh by the Rev, J. H. Evans, superintendent of the circuit: and in English by the Rev. W. H. Tindall and the Rev. W. G. Pascoe, Liverpool.
