Moss and Pearce

In 1910 Sydney Moss of Manchester and Joseph (Pearce) Pearce of Liverpool collaborated in the design of houses at the grandly-named Rhos Green Garden City, Rhos-on-Sea. There was no formal partnership with both men continuing to work independently in separate offices. By mid-1911 they ended the arrangement and henceforth practised entirely on their own account.
